VALUATIONS (RICS REGISTERED VALUER)
Valuations are required for a range of matters which are detailed below.
It is important for purchasers to be aware that a valuation does not include a survey and is only intended to ensure that the property represents adequate security for the loan or items as detailed below. An unconditional offer of mortgage does not necessarily mean the property is free from defects that may be costly to rectify.

An e-mail copy is sent usually within 2/3 days of the site visit and a hard copy in the mail first class post the same day.
